The “Nederlandse Expeditie Voorwaarden” (Dutch Forwarding Terms and Conditions) (latest version of July 1st, 2004) apply to all operations in the Netherlands. These conditions, as set out in several languages below, are also known as the “Fenex Voorwaarden” (Fenex Terms and Conditions)

Activities in Belgium
The “CEB Voorwaarden” (Confederation des Expediteurs de Belgique = Terms and Conditions of the Collaboration of Forwarding Agents in Belgium), as set out in several languages below, apply to all operations in Belgium.

The ADSp Terms and Conditions, as set out below, apply to all operations in Germany
